Sophia joined Think & Grow early 2018 and focuses on growth and community. After relocating from London, she worked in house with leading Australian startups including Airtasker and Deputy in the people & culture teams.

In London, Sophia worked pre and post-deal with private equity funds investing in all consumer-facing industries, placing executives and board directors into high growth companies.

A strong advocate for building solid people and culture foundations and practices across organisations, her understanding of organisation culture is founded on her psychology background, coupled with extensive experience across HR, business operations, executive search and strategy consulting.
